The Ton of Fun program has increased the health and wellness of over 100 people each year who have collectively lost over 2,000 lbs since Ton of Fun began. That's over ONE TON!!

Fleet Feet encourages participants to see it as a journey rather than just a final destination. The journey includes learning powerful new habits that lead to a healthier lifestyle, reduced stress and help you maintain your weight loss and lifestyle goals over time.
This program will help jumpstart New Year’s wellness or weight loss goals whether it’s the the last 5 lbs you've been struggling with or the first of 50 lbs you would love to lose. For less than the cost of a latte a week, you can take action and realize that healthier, less stressed and more active you.
