Welcome volunteers and THANK YOU for your time and energy! We sincerely appreciate all of your support for this amazing event. We have set this page up to keep you informed and prepared with all the details for your volunteer assignment. This is one of our larger events with many moving pieces and parts so we want to make sure that everyone is prepared and feels good about their role in the days events.
The event officially runs from 8am - 11:45

The FF infrastructure crew (Ben+Russ+Christine) arrive for set up at 6:00 am.
Christine Matheny will be the Special Events Coordinator on site and will serve at the point of contact for volunteers.
Volunteers + Vendors start promptly at 6:30.
