Join us for our Fall Half Marathon or 5k Training session. This 10 week program will get you ready for the iconic Monterey Bay half marathon or the Pacific Grove Lighthouse 5k. (Race registration not included).
All participants will get an effective and well-organized training experience with certified coaches, mentors and a whole lotta fun! Workouts are held Sunday mornings at 8 am at various locations, and again on Thursdays at 6 pm at the MPC track, make sure to check out the weekly newsletters to know where we will be meeting each week.
Each participant will receive a technical tee, coaching at each group workout, educational seminars, and a comprehensive training schedule to prepare them to get on the course and successfully finish!
Launch Event on Thursday Aug 30. This program will begin Thursday September 6.
