Running Foundations Level 2 is a advanced movement and body control program designed to reduce stress on your joints while making you a stronger and more capable road or trail runner. Doug Barsanti of ReInvention Fitness will be teaching this 8-week program starting Thursday October 18 at 7pm. In this program you will learn how to:
  • Develop good core control, core strength, and optimized posture for improved running performance without back pain
  • Create mobility in the right areas of your body to make running easier and more efficient
  • Improve dynamic hip control to reduce stress on your knees
  • Unlock the strength you already have but are not able to access
  • Build awareness in your body and learn to prevent injuries
Please bring your own exercise mat - a thicker type Pilates mat will be more comfortable than a thinner yoga mat


  • When: Thursdays 7pm –8pm / October 18 - December 13 (no class on November 22 - Thanksgiving)
  • Where: Fleet Feet Aptos
  • Who: All walkers and runners who want to work on injury prevention and running/walking efficiency
  • Cost: $80 — ***$10 discount if participating in another Fleet Feet Racing Club training program
