SHE IS STRONG
Our She Is Strong Cross Training program is back to help you prepare for the She.Is.Beautiful race in March!
Add cross training to your She Trains program and be your strongest self on race day! The She Is Strong Cross Training program uses the newest methods in core and full-body training to develop strength you can use on your feet and master your body in motion. Doug Barsanti of ReInvention Fitness will be coaching this 8-week program starting Thursday January 24th to improve your She.Is.Beautiful race training results.

Learn how to reduce your fatigue so you can recover faster
All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!
- When: Thursdays January 24, 2019 – March 21, 2019 (No class February 14)

7:00-8:00pm March 14th – March 21

- Cost: $80 for 8 weeks (registration limited to 18 participants)

Please bring your own exercise mat - a thicker type Pilates mat will be more comfortable than a thinner yoga mat
