This 8 week speed session program is an opportunity for you to become a faster, stronger and more efficient runner regardless of your preferred distance. Each workout will have experienced coaches and mentors to provide support. This will be a perfect add-on to our Rock Runners trail training program or set you up for a great season of summer races.
