Hitting a running plateau? Want to get faster? Join the Fleet Feet Aptos Speed Demons! These coached workouts are a great way to shake up training for runners of all abilities.  This 8 week speed session program is an opportunity for you to become a faster, stronger and more efficient runner regardless of your preferred distance. Each workout will have experienced coaches and mentors to provide support. This will be a perfect add-on to our Rock Runners trail training program or set you up for a great season of summer races.

  • When: Tuesdays at 6pm
  • Meet Up Dates: April 2 – May 21
  • Where: Fleet Feet Aptos and or Aptos High School Track
  • Cost: $80
  • Prerequisites: No pace requirements!  All levels of running welcome.

Program Includes:

  • An 8-week session of coach led workouts designed to increase your pace and efficiency on Tuesday evenings.
  • Weekly emails with instructional information.
  • Water and electrolytes at each workout.
  • Fleet Feet Running Club training singlet if registered by Tuesday April 2 nd .
  • Exclusive training group gear up shopping specials on footwear and essentials for training.
  • The camaraderie of others with the same need for speed!
