Prepare and train for a Spring 10K or the Capitola Half Marathon Relay with a friend. The program meets on Saturdays at 8:00 am and Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. Some track availability on Tuesday evenings and other workouts will be done from the Fleet Feet Aptos location. All abilities of runners and walkers are welcome, but if you are planning on training for the Capitola Half Marathon Relay, you will need to maintain a 13:45 min/mile pace. We will have several pace groups, coaches and mentors.
