We are ramping to kick off our Ton of Fun health and weight loss challenge program again this year. Ton of Fun incorporates access to coaches, a nutritional counseling, grocery store tours, group workouts, Injury prevention clinics, weekly newsletter and a private FB support page. Participants will have weekly private weigh-ins at Fleet Feet Sports followed by a workout or clinic. Weight loss will be recorded. Prizes will be given for different weight loss milestones!
No matter what the weight loss goal is, even a modest weight loss, such as 5 to 10 percent of total body weight, is likely to produce health benefits, such as improvements in blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood sugars. Fleet Feet encourages participants to see it as a journey rather than just a final destination. The journey includes learning powerful new habits that lead to a healthier lifestyle and help you maintain your weight loss over time.
This program will help anybody jumpstart their New Year's health or weight loss goals whether it's the the last 5 lbs they have been struggling with or the first of 50 lbs you would love to lose. For less than the cost of a latte a week, you can take action and realize that healthier and more active you.
