Get your trail training dialed in with Rock n Roll Tuesdays track workouts! This a great add-on to your trail training this spring. Workouts will include hill training, prepping your body to tackle walking/running on technical trails, and learning how to "roll" and use self massage techniques for better mobility. All of these combined together make for a stronger Rock Runner!

  • When: April 10 - May 29
  • Where: Aptos High Track & Fleet Feet Aptos / Nisene Marks
  • Meet Up Dates: Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
