WalkFIT is perfect for those who want to be active and healthy. A supportive and trained coach will help you adopt a regular walking routine and assist you in meeting new fitness partners along the way. With clinics and hands-on coaching, you will be prepared to walk up to 2 miles by the end of the training program. If you already have a walk routine, you can learn new ways to increase your mileage during the training program. Walk Fit will be the first group of the year to have access to our Fleet Feet Running Club jackets and will earn the first badge of 2018. This group will also have you ready for No Boundaries 5K training in the Spring.
