8 weeks of Instruction on proper form hydration, nutrition, pacing, and recovery.
Weekly email with instructional information.
Instructional and motivational coaching.
Electrolyte and water at each workout.
An atmosphere of fun and encouragement.
Workouts: Saturdays 8am & Tuesday 6pm
During the duration of the program there will be educational seminars on Injury Prevention, Hydration and Fueling, and Race Prep.
This group will be open to Run/Walkers, and Runners. who have been running or walking 3-4 times per week. Coaching for each group will be provided in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
