Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 8:30am
San Jose Rock N Roll 5K or 10K Race
August 8th begins 5K & 10k walk and run training program for those who would like to either complete their first 5K or 10k, or those who are looking to set a new personal record at these distances and race in the San Jose Rock N Roll 5K on Saturday September 26th or the 10K on Sunday September 27th, 2015.
Each participant will receive:
Twice weekly group workouts (one long and one for speed). Longer workouts will be at 8:30am on Saturday and Speed work or shorter distances with fun drills will be Tuesday at 6:15 pm at Fleet Feet or the Aptos High Track,
Technical Training Tee,
Instruction on form, pacing, hydration and fueling.
Weekly educational email.
Informative and motivational coaching.
