Get Fast and Fit this Fall at Fleet Fleet Sports!
Our Fast and Fit Training Program will be held Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. for 7 weeks starting November 3rd - December 15th. Workouts will incorporate speed work, strength training, agility/sports conditioning drills and core exercises. Meeting locations will vary between Fleet Feet Sports Aptos and Aptos High School Track. Program led by Katie Gott, Head Coach at Fleet Feet Sports Aptos, RRCA Certified Running Coach and AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
