Program Start: August 8th
Program Schedule: 2 group workouts per week (Tuesday evenings at 6:15 and Saturday mornings at 8:30am)
Goal Race: Rock N Roll San Jose
Program Fee: $100
Description: Program includes: 8 weeks of coach led training Written schedule Weekly email with instructional information Instructional and motivational coaching Electrolyte and water at each workout An atmosphere of fun and encouragement Workouts: Saturdays 8:30am & Tuesday 6:15pm During the duration of the program there will be educational seminars on Injury Prevention, Hydration and Fueling, and Race Prep.
