Make It A Mile

Make It a Mile is a four-week walking or running program designed to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by completing one mile. The program includes a safe, coached training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment.

Make It A Mile meets Saturdays August 22nd-September 12th.

At the end of the four weeks, you will confidently and safely complete one mile and have a blast doing it.
