Dynamic Workouts – Cross training Conditioning  

 You don't have to be training for a race.  You can enjoy a training schedule- at your pace.

We welcome runners, walkers & those who just want to be part of an amazing team. 


 

Wednesday Training  Alternates between:

In-store ‘Yoga for Runners’ with Coach Courtney  + Coach B.

We turn down the lights and tune in to our bodies each week for an hour of restoration and self-care.  All levels are welcome as our main objective is to lengthen the muscles, relieve tension in the body and restore maximum range of motion to your joints.  If your goal is to increase your performance or simply feel your best, Coach Courtney creates an atmosphere for you to do your best.  1/25, 2/8, 2/22, 3/8

Franklin Incline Conditioning – Hustle up Franklin Hill 45 minutes JoAnna Burks + Coach Jay Sign 

This run/walk is designed to be short and sweet and help keep your conditioning up during the Winter months!  As our Training Crew has progressed so has our conditioning!  The Franklin Hill incline has been our most recent addition to our training evolution.  Cut down on our miles yet step up our intensity, together!  It's 1 mile to the Presidio gates and back - your personal progress will be easy to track!  How many times can you get up that hill and back?  This is an amazing opportunity to increase your cardiovascular capacity and become a stronger runner or walker. 2/1, 2/15, 3/1

 

Saturday Training 8:00am  Road  & Trail

6 distance runs along the Monterey Recreation Trail.   (Coach B. + Coach Amie)

Saturday training runs are based upon a 15k (9.2 mile) schedule.  /  Always 2 distance options available for each rec trail run.

2 Trail runs (Coach B + Coach Josh + Coach Jay)  2/25, 3/11

We will meet at a local trail.  Fleet Feet will not be providing transportation.  Each person is responsible for their own transportation.
