Yoga for Runners

We are moving and shaking this winter!  Trying new things in new places with new people. 

The store will be closed. We turn down the lights and tun in to our bodies each week for an hour of restoration and self-care.

All levels are welcome as our main objective is to lengthen the muscles, relieve tension in the body and restore maximum range of motion to your joints.

Here is what to bring:

  1. Water
  2. Small Towel
  3. Your own yoga mat if you have one. (we have loner mats for you)
  4. Your own foam roller if you have one.

 What to wear:

  1. Comfortable clothing for stretching / yoga
  2.  No shoes are required for this class
  3.  Consider bringing socks
