10K Training-9 weeks

Tuesdays 6pm , Saturdays 8am
March 29 begins 10k run training program for those who would like to either complete their first 10k, or those who are looking to set a new personal record at these distances.
This group is designed for:
Each participant will receive:
- Written Schedule.
- Twice weekly group workouts (one long and one for speed). Longer workouts will be at 8am on Saturday and Speed work or shorter distances with fun drills will be Tuesday at 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet or the Aptos High Track
- Technical Training Tee
- Instruction on form, pacing, hydration and fueling.
- Weekly educational email.
- Informative and motivational coaching.
- A great opportunity to meet with and enjoy other like minded folks in a inviting and fun atmosphere!
- In-store free educational seminars on Injury Prevention, Hydration and Nutrition, and Race Prep.
- Shopping specials at Fleet Feet Sports
Workouts on Tuesday and Saturdays will be in Aptos.
