A 10-week training program,No Boundaries is designed for true beginners who are ready to walk/run or run their way to the 5K distance.
This program provides coaching and personalized instruction to help you start, maintain, and grow a fitness routine. From dynamic stretching and group workouts to proper nutrition and injury prevention, our experienced team of coaches are dedicated to equip you for success.
The program starts slowly progresses to 3.5 miles over 10 weeks. The gradual increase in distance not only minimizes the risk of personal frustration and physical injury, but builds confidence and strong, sustainable endurance!
