Join us for our always popular Brooks Rock 'n' Roll training program. This 8 week program will get you ready for either the fast and flat Rock 'n' Roll San Jose 13.1 mile course or the even faster 10K course.
All participants will get an effective and well organized training experience with certified coaches and a whole lotta fun! Workouts are held Saturday mornings at 8 am at Fleet Feet Sports Aptos, and again on Tuesdays at 6 pm at either Fleet Feet Sports Aptos or at the Aptos High School track.
Each participant will receive a technical tee, coaching at each group workout, educational seminars, and a comprehensive training schedule to prepare them to get on the course and ROCK IT.
This program will begin August 6th. Race Day is October 2nd.
Workouts: Saturdays at 8 am & Tuesdays at 6 pm.
This group will be open to Run/Walkers, and Runners who have been running or walking 3-4 times per week. Coaching for each pace group will be provided in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
