This unique program utilizes running drills, speed dynamics, and muscle activation exercises to improve speed and performance at any distance. A certified coach will lead you through each class, which includes 60 minutes of focused drills and dynamic exercises. With our expert coaching and fun, supportive atmosphere, you will gain confidence and drop seconds (or minutes) off the clock!
