Spring Half Marathon Training

 

Get ready to run 13.1 this Spring!

Join us for an 8 week half marathon training program to prepare you for the popular Capitola Half Marathon on Saturday, May 21st or any spring half marathon of your choice.  

Workouts are Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m.  

Program Requirements: You should be able to comfortably run or run/walk 5 miles in order to have a fun and successful training program for this half marathon training. If you have any questions or concerns about meeting this criteria, please contact Coach Charissa at charissa@fleetfeetaptos.com
