Core Strength and Flexibility Training with Doug Barsanti of Reinvention Fitness

 

Strength and flexibility are the cornerstones of an efficient and injury free athlete.  Sessions will be held every Thursday beginning on January 26th at 6 pm working on core and glute strength, as well as, overall flexibility.  This program is ten weeks.

This is the perfect compliment to your New Year's training program.  Whether you are looking to improve you 5k time, do your first half marathon, improve your marathon times, or tackle an ultra, this program will be geared to making you a more efficient, less injury prone athlete. 

The program will be led by Doug Barsanti, owner of ReInvention Fitness, knows that when you invest in your health, you are investing in your future. Fitness is about feeling strong and having the endurance and discipline to get through life's challenges, because feeling physically capable translates into feeling more mentally, emotionally, and spiritually capable. ReInvention Fitness serving Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Los Gatos offers one-on-one, small-group, and online personal training customized to your goals, your health status, and your orthopedic limitations. Doug is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with clinical exercise experience at both Dominican Hospital and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula helping patients learn how to exercise with medical conditions. Doug also has experience helping people improve athletic performance and developing their resistance to injury through improved strength and body mechanics. 

Cost is $75 and includes, $60 if you are enrolled in another current Fleet Feet Aptos  training program.

Program begins January 26th.
