Looking for a fun way to spice up your fitness routine?
Join us Thursdays at 6 p.m. for one hour workouts that include a combination of walking/running, strength, HIIT (high intensity interval training), boot camp, circuit, and core training, plus Yoga and stretching techniques for walkers/runners.
