Join us for twice weekly coached workouts, Tuesday's at 6:00 pm, Saturdays at 8am. Learn the ins and outs of the sport of Triathlon in a supportive group setting. Workouts take place from various locations in Aptos, and Santa Cruz.
Each participant will get a detailed training schedule, group workout opportunities, seminars, custom cycling jersey, supported rides, coached swims, fully supported open water swims and much more!
Train for either a Sprint distance triathlon (600 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 2.5 mile run) or Olympic distance (1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run).
