Join us for twice weekly coached workouts, Tuesday's at 6:15pm, Saturdays at 8am. Learn the ins and outs of the sport of Triathlon in a supportive group setting.
Each participant will get a detailed training schedule, group workout opportunities, seminars, custom jersey, supported rides, coached swims, and much more!
Train for either a Sprint distance triathlon (600 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 2.5 mile run) or Olympic distance (1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run).
Training culminates at the Half Moon Bay Triathlon April 18, 2015
Informational Meeting Tuesday January 20th and Tuesday January 27th 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet Sports
First Workout is Saturday January 31st, 2015
