Yoga for Runners/Walkers
*March 2nd-April 13th, Sundays 9am at Fleet Feet Sports Aptos
*No class on Sunday March 9th due to the Off Road Ramble Race
An athletic series of Yoga poses and stretches to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Emphasis on improving core strength, using proper breathing techniques and creating muscular balance for the athlete's body.
Katie Gott - Fitness and Running Coach - Katie specializes in group fitness instruction, small group training, and athletic coaching. She is certified across multiple fitness disciplines including strength training, indoor cycling, sports conditioning, and Yoga.
Katie is also an RRCA certified running coach and trains clients to complete 5ks, 10ks, half marathons and full marathons, and designs cross-training workouts specifically for runners.
