BIO: Ken Dobberpuhl is a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSA & NASM), a lifestyle & Nutrition Coach, and a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. he currently teaches strength and fitness classes at Cabrillo College. ken lives in Santa Cruz with his wife Judy and has completed 3 Hawaii Ironmans. he has a passion for empowering people through education and exercise.
